I just purchased the from my local Staples hold on. I knew nothing about the various webcams or change state to nothing having sort of given up on the whole category about five years ago after a round of testing. At that time I open the cameras fussy and overly sensitive — not worth the hassle. But with the new wave of laptops coming with built-in webcams.
