Meebo Chatting Problem!!!

Hello penguins, I wanted to tell you that mebo server is not responding!
So if you wanna chat with me you will undergo to wait process they fix it! When they do I ordain express you so don’t mind. walk on!
ok i know now what do you need to be one? I would say ok but what do you need?
A admin is were another person is alowed to make posts on your place!
Then move on edit compose on your blog. Then click on users. Then scroll drink untill you see a sign that says add users from comunity. Then type in my email address add the click on thebutton that says add user. Then you are done!!!! Hope you can do it!!!!
Oh and cat03 before you click on user click on bring home the bacon and then click on user.
