A Nvidia Quadro card might be good for you (but any recent graphics card will be fine. Geforce 8M i think will be good). I undergo no idea what notebooks are available in Lithuania.

Have you tried using ? With the $325 off code a T7100/2GB/160GB/8400m GS Inspiron comes up to $1237. Cheaper and a exceed config than the Pavilion series. If you add 8600m GT and choose 1 GB RAM it is around 1200 USD. You can then add aftermarket 1 GB RAM yourself for around 50 USD to bring the price to 1250 USD.
I use UG-Teamcenter extensively opening up huge assemblies and i have had good luck (well as much as you can get with laptops) with the M90s in terms of memory and graphics - It matches my teammates' desktops easily. The only thing - it is a bit heavy and gets hot easily on battery.
